1. Considering physicians from Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, or Interventional Radiology.
2. Rio Grande Valley (south tip of Texas), Houston, Beaumont, DFW, and El Paso, TX.
3. Starting pay b/w 400-600K, depending on experience and skill set
4. Buy-in for significant equity is a possibility; 1M+ attainable with buy-in
5. 100% outpatient, private practice
6. Cases will be performed at freestanding OBLs
7. 100% PAD revascularization; advanced, complex, below-the-knee disease, pedal loop reconstruction, atherectomies, pedal access, SAFARI, IVUS, CO2 angiograms
8. No nights, no call, no weekends, no admin work
9. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p; if you're good and fast, many days you'll be done earlier... 2 or 3p
10. Well-trained support staff, smooth operations
11. No scut, politics, or bureaucracy
12. Minimal paperwork, all digital

Requirements

1. Active state license required to interview
2. PAD revascularization proficiency:  Safe with low complication rate, strong and fast with advanced, complex, below-the-knee & below-the-ankle disease, pedal loop reconstruction, atherectomies, pedal access, SAFARI, IVUS; this is an absolute requirement
3. Recent fellowship grads will be considered as long as they have at least 200 PAD cases under their belt
4. Excellent bedside manner, customer service-oriented attitude, no ego
5. Likeable personality, charisma, motivation, and drive; ability to build relationships with Referring Physicians and grow volumes
6. Desire to help patients, continuously improve the practice, and grow volumes -- these are priority. 
7. We are looking for a Swiss-army knife skill set/talent stack... technical proficiency, charisma and sales & influence ability, customer service, leadership, business acumen, and tech savviness.  Dedicate the next 5 years and generate tremendous wealth during this time.

10. Strong English language and overall communication skills
11. Impeccable integrity and reliability
