Description
Mercy Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join a highperforming team with strong surgical volume, meaningful autonomy, and robust support. Based in Fort Smith, you’ll collaborate with a regional group of 12 neurosurgeons across a range of subspecialties, including cranial/skull base, spine deformity, vascular/endovascular, epilepsy, radiosurgery, functional, and pediatric neurosurgery—offering great collegiality and the ability to shape your practice.

Compensation & Benefits
$930,000 minimum guaranteed annually, with additional earning potential for extra call + $50k one time recruitment incentive
