The Vision Centers have an opportunity to ad an Optometrist to our team, someone that will learn and embrace our well
proven system which allows our patients the best in patient care and our Doctors the ability to thrive. We have developed
long lasting patient relationships because our patients receive exceptional eyecare and are sold the best in products. The
new associate we are seeking is personable, welcoming and builds great practice to patient rapport. They will nurture a
team concept by helping to lead staff, rather than complaining about them. If they have interest in working in corporate
Optometry where you are just a cog in the system then we are not the practice for you. We want people who care and
want to make a change in peoples lives all while having the ability to produce and promote growth so the Doctor and their
team can thrive.
The Vision Centers is well established and has been serving Southern Nevada for over twenty years. Our 4 locations are
high end, recently renovated and provide state of the art equipment, to provide our patients and Doctors the tools
necessary to administer technologically advanced eye exams. Our team consists of a well trained support of managers,
personable staff, administrative staff and associates, some of which have been with us for many years.
As the Optometrist You'll be
o Providing comprehensive eye exams with a focus on patient education and treatment
o Comfortable fitting RGP and scleral contact lenses along with managing other anterior segment conditions
o Using state-of-the-art equipment and technologies to treat various eye conditions and make a difference in patients
lives
o Participate in weekly staff meetings and monthly doctor meeting that celebrate wins and plan goals for the future
. Support our general marketing initiatives including community involvement
o The motivation to contribute in practice growth initiatives as we are looking for candidates who want to grow with
us, not just collect a paycheck
